El Nido, Palawan - May 12-14, 2009
Brought my 350D and trusty wide angle to the beach last summer. Had a quite a lovely time fabulously tanning myself, as well as enjoying the wondrous view. My family was never into beaches - we’d always opt to go abroad and do tourist-y sightseeing stuff in the city, instead of chilling at local beaches (which I personally think are some of the best in the world), but… PALAWAN! These photos do not do it justice!

My brothers Calel and Juju, as we were about to go on the boat from the airport to the resort. The water was so clean, and the people there were exceptionally nice too. Interestingly, some of the boatmen knew how to speak Japanese and Korean. Apparently, there are a lot of Japanese and Korean tourists who frequent the place and even decide to get married there.

Me and my brother Chase (totally not in beach wear!). We had such lovely weather.

Before sunset.

Foggy lens in the morning. Resort that is made of win. Imagine this: BUFFET, three times a day for three whole days.

I think I seriously need another vacation.
