Tumblr NYFW: Meeting Nina Garcia and Oscar de la Renta + Four Lincoln Center Shows
Day 2. I got to meet Nina Garcia who was just absolute perfection. We had brunch with her at Cipriani and she asked us a lot of things about blogging, fashion and well, blogging about fashion.
Oscar de la Renta has this view from his office window. Can’t post anything yet until who-knows-when, but here is the safest thing that’s related to the tour of his studio that I can post for now. It was mind-blowing to see something with so much history behind it and to meet someone so legendary.
Had an amazing opportunity to go to 4 different shows - Rebecca Taylor, Rebecca Minkoff, Nicole Miller and Cynthia Rowley. Thanks Tumblr for getting us seats near enough to see who’s sitting in the front row (spotted Michelle Trachtenberg, Jessica Szohr, Miss J and Eve, among others) and to take good photos even without an insanely long zoom lens. Life-changing!
