That moment when Apartment 8 decided to make a tent dress again! And in my favorite blue, no less. Though it wouldn’t hurt to have this dress made in all colors possible - it’s such a simple and classy design that will surely last a long time in every girl’s closet.
But of course, my real agenda for perpetually worshipping this kind of silhouette is the fact that you can eat all you can, and your lunch buffet stomach pooch will never show. I hate holding back, lol. Tent dresses are my savior!
Line play! I rarely dress up this fancily anymore, but I couldn’t help playing around with the theme. This just verified that I live for moments like these, where I can use my innate creativity and make it manifest in different forms. I used to just think I can only exercise my creativity with my photography and/or graphic design, but through they years, I’ve proven that fashion can be such a wonderful playground as well.
Styled this outfit to match my limited edition SNSD x Sheen watch that even comes with a special box! Definitely a must-have for K-pop fans and Korean fashion enthusiasts!
This was so timely (sorry I’m not sorry) because I’ve been obsessing over You Who Came From The Stars / My Love From The Star recently! Jun Ji Hyun has such elegant style in the series, and I love how her accessories are always on point. I just finished the last episode last night, and I’m still bawling like a baby.
Since I like to keep my accessories at a minimum, watches never fail to save the day whenever I feel my wrists are too bare. Instead of stacking so many accessories to create crazy arm parties, I prefer just sticking to one or two functional pieces that can speak volumes on their own. This shimmery, shiny Sheen watch from Casio does the job so well.

Finally found the perfect crop top that has a high neck and long sleeves! Call me modest, but I generally prefer to keep skin-baring to a minimum. I’m usually already all legs so I always balance it out by wearing more conservative tops (i.e. my favorite button-downs and sweaters).
I count showing my face as skin-baring too, so…
Yes. I need more cloth on my body.
That moment when black and bright tropical prints surprisingly work well together. Apartment 8’s been slowly teasing us with their spring/summer collection on their Instagram, and I’m glad I was able to get first dibs on these new designs. The top is wonderful yet it disables you from making big movements, lol. Makes you seem super demure in the process.
So sorry if I haven’t been posting much recently. My boyfriend gave me a copy of Bravely Default on 3DS for Valentines, and it’s slowly taking over my life.
See you all at my book signing in Assumption College (AC) tomorrow! Expect some gaming-induced eyebags.
I bumped into most fabulous sets of sisters at Apartment 8 when I paid the newly renovated atelier a visit! This was all very unplanned. I guess it was everyone’s off day that day!
Obligatory group photo. Spot the not! One of these girls does not have a sister! I just realized that most of my blogger friends have sisters! I’m probably the only one that grew up in a mostly-male household.
And I’m also like 4-5 years older than these girls. HUU WHY
New accessories! I wanted to take everything home.
Twins Danah and Stacy of The Plump Pinay.
Verniece and Vern! Not twins but they definitely look like it!
Haute Lifestyle gowns! These might look familiar, especially if you follow local celebrities’ Instagrams.
Last year, I had a dress made for me because I have a serious lack of formal clothes in my closet. Check it out here! If you still don’t have any ideas for a prom dress, feel free to have a similar dress made by Haute Lifestyle!
Bea, hard at work.
Pat (Welcome back to Apartment 8!) and Ernest looking more than happy with their new office desks!
In the showroom, there’s this wonderful walk-in closet of sorts where you can view all of their latest designs and some of their most iconic pieces. Can I live here forever?
You can find them at 33B Scout Borromeo, South Triangle, Quezon City! Near Il Terazzo.
