Jumping on the midi circle skirt bandwagon with this one. You can pair anything with this skirt and still end up looking ultra feminine. This is exactly why everyone needs to have at least one of these in their closets.
Apparently, I’ve also caught the holiday fashion bug with the colors I used for this outfit. How is it already November? My heart and mind are still stuck in June!
…or more accurately, yellow-green. I’m so in love with this dress as the color is not quite yellow, not quite green, and you guys all know how much I love things that are in-between. Okay, I’ll stop with the lame rhymes now.
As this dress came all the way from Korea, I decided to just keep it simple with gold accents, slicked back hair and red lipstick. I haven’t been lightening my eyebrows with blonde eyebrow mascara recently, thanks to a new obsession on simple and straight Korean eyebrows. I can’t say that I’ve crossed over to the ulzzang aesthetic completely, as I’m still applying Japanese-style eye make-up. But it wouldn’t hurt to find a compromise between the two, I guess? (Though I haven’t really heard of anyone who has actually dared combining these two styles together.)
I can see myself wearing this dress 10-15 years down the line. But I’m actually risking it by posting this here because I’m pretty sure that my mom will steal it! This is totally like, her style and my style combined.
Temporarily brought the long hair back for this outfit! I’ve been missing my hair a lot recently, and it’s comforting to know that there will always be a quick fix to my hair woes - wigs! This particular one I love for the pink-brown shade and pink highlights. Trimming about 3-4 inches off this wig just made me realize how there could only be one reason why I surprisingly didn’t do a shabby job! I mean, considering that this was my first time cutting hair, I think I did pretty well! I must’ve been a hairstylist or haircutter in my past life.
Found yet another perfect spring/summer dress - off shoulder, breezy silhouette, with tasteful blue + blush floral prints. I really think that there will never be enough off shoulder/cut-out shoulder details and loose dresses that can ever satisfy my fashion lust. The only thing I’m looking forward to now is a fall/winter-appropriate version of this dress to add more confusion to my already confused wardrobe. Maybe in a classy plaid or houndstooth print that I can already imagine would look great with a pair of black knee-high boots.
This is one cliche that I will always approve of. White has always been a staple color for spring/summer fashion, but with the black-and-white color blocking trend still staying strong, it’s the perfect time to invest in all the white that you need in your closet!
A white top can match pretty much anything and everything! I love this particular one as it has this trendy mesh detail that adds a subtle hint of sexiness. Add a pop of neon for more fun!
White pants can be difficult to pull off for most people (and not to mention, can induce major stain paranoia) but the right cut and the right fit can give you a fresh and unique look.
A white jacket need not look like a doctor’s white coat. This particular one has sequins on them, making it a good day-to-night add-on to a seemingly casual outfit. I’m actually just wearing a simple chiffon top and plain denim shorts underneath!
